RENOST, s.r.o. is a family-owned company established in 1990 with the goal of building a flexible and efficient production of wheels and castors. From a single product type at the beginning, the portfolio has gradually expanded to more than 5,000 types and variations.
The wheel is one of the oldest technical inventions, dating back approximately 5,500 years. Despite its long history, its development continues. New materials and increasing demands on functionality create new opportunities for applications in industry, food processing, healthcare and other sectors.
RENOST has its own development and extensive know-how, which is applied in the design and implementation of modern production technologies. Robotic workstations equipped with advanced 3D sensors contribute to higher precision, consistent quality and more efficient production.
Flexibility and operational responsiveness are supported by in-house capabilities, including metal and plastic pressing, a tool shop for injection moulds and forming tools, and the development of dedicated machinery for production processes. These operations are integrated through MES systems, enabling better process control and production optimization.
Our goal is not only to deliver products. We also provide professional technical consulting, load capacity calculations and 3D models. In addition, we offer tread refurbishment, metal machining services and maintenance of handling equipment.
