The series model 221 CNA is swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, which ensures jednoduché mounting na steel plech thickness 1 až 2 mm. The design includes polypropylénový wheel centre, which provides high chemickú resistance to agresívnym substances, and plain bearing, which allows maintenance-free operation odolnú to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to the use of pozinkovanej vidlice without Cr6 and jednoradového axiálneho bearing v smerovej otoči achieves reliable and quiet operation. An ideal choice for applications with krátkymi prepravnými vzdialenosťami, where important durability and minimálna maintenance.

Bracket 221 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 1 ÷ 2 mm
  • single-row axial bearing in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CNA series:

Polypropylene:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to a wide variety of aggressive substances  (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)

Application:

  • devices and machines with min. manipulation

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
