The series model 323 PUJ-V predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, which offers spoľahlivé riešenie for industrial applications. The design uses wheel centre z impact-resistant design polyamidu so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym povrchom svetlo sivej farby, which ensures high mechanickú durability. Tread z thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is nerazberateľne mechanicky combined with wheel centre, which provides excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load, while jeho tmavo sivá farba and bezstopý charakter protects floor pred poškodením. Thanks to the use of dvojradového axiálneho bearing v smerovej otoči with pozinkovanou vidlicou without Cr6 achieves smooth and maintenance-free movement. Type bearing - ihlové, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre, with ihlíčkami z steel tvrdosti 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, is optimalizovaný for short transport distances. Toto castor is suitable for straight polyurethane floor, where kombinácia durable material and efektívneho bearing guarantees a long service life and reliable operation v demanding conditions.
