The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu z pozinkovaného steel plechu thickness 2,5 mm with dvojradovým axial ihlovým bearing, which ensures hladkú smerovú otočnosť and suitability for short transport distances. Wheel centre z impact-resistant design polyamidu with osilneným load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym povrchom vo svetlo sivej farbe provides high únosnosť, while the thermoplastic polyuretánový elastomér v tmavo sivej farbe, non-detachably mechanicky combined with wheel centre, offers excellent elasticity, vrubovú húževnatosť and non-marking operation. Thanks to the use of ihlového bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with ihlíkmi z steel tvrdosti 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, achieves reliable operation with minimálnou údržbou. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor v aplikáciách with krátkymi transportnými vzdialenosťami, where important ochrana surface and efektívnosť movement.
