The series model 353 NOB-V125 predstavuje konštrukčné riešenie with swivel rolovacím kolieskom, which is ideálne for sklady, malé výroby and operation. Thanks to the use of polypropylene wheel centre durable to prasknutiu and thermoplastic rubber elastomérového tread, which is non-detachably mechanicky combined with wheel centre, achieves quiet and non-marking operation, thereby protects surfaces. Zinc-plated vidlica z steel plechu thickness 2,5 mm without Cr6 ensures long-term durability against corrosion. Dvojradové axial bearing v smerovej otoči allows plynulú manipuláciu, while the mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia for bezpečnú stability. Ihlové bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with ihlíčkami z steel tvrdosti 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, is suitable na short transport distances, thereby increases účinnosť and reliability v každodennom use.

Bracket 353 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel, THK 2,5 mm
  • double-row axial bearing in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel NOB series:

Wheel center:

  • polypropylene
  • impact resistant
  • light-grey color

Tread:

  • thermoplastic rubber elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • silent operation
  • non-marking
  • dark-grey color

Application:

  • light-duty handling equipment
  • suitable for warehouses, small productions and operations

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
