Product Description

The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes zinc-plated oceľovú vidlicu with mechanizmom brake, which locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction. Wheel centre z impact-resistant polyamidu so reinforced rebrom and antikoróznym povrchom is mechanicky combined with behúňom z thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, which ensures excellent elasticity and absorpciu záťaže without poškodzovania floors. Thanks to jedno-radovému ball bearing with cover and montážnemu hole na skrutku is an ideal choice for transport na polyuretánových floors v various vzdialenostiach, ponúkajúc non-marking operation and long service life.

Bracket 353 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

pressed steel, THK 2,5 mm
double-row axial bearing in the swivel head
zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel PUJ series:

Wheel center:

impact-resistant structural polyamide
reinforced bearing rib
corrosion-resistant
color light-grey

Tread:

thermoplastic polyurethane-elastomer (TPU)
chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
good elasticity and absorption of high load capacity
notch toughness
very good floor preservation
non-marking
color dark-grey

Application:

flat polyurethane floors
short transport distances (PUJ-V)
long transport distances (PUJ-g)

Bearing - ball:

one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
wheel hub covered with a threaded guard
