The series model 422 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, which offers spoľahlivé riešenie for manipulačné úlohy. The design uses húževnatý polyamide wheel centre with rovným load-bearing rebrom v antikoróznej čiernej farbe, which is navulkanizovaný combined with modrým plným rubber tread – to ensures nerozoberateľnú konštrukciu, veľmi dobrú priechodnosť cez nerovnosti and výborné tlmenie vibrácií. Thanks to the use of ihlového bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with ihlíkmi z steel tvrdosti 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, achieves castor quiet operation and is suitable na short transport distances. Zinc-plated vidlica z steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing guarantees maintenance-free operation and resistance to corrosion. An ideal choice for applications v skladoch, small výrobách and prevádzkach, where vyžaduje reliability and gentleness k podlahe.
