Vidlica series 422X is made z nerezového plechu and disponuje dvojitým axial bearing with nerezovými guličkami, which increases load capacity and service life. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby ensures stability during parkovaní. Wheel series CZC is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with prírodnou bielou farbou. Use is suitable for lakovne and pece with krátkodobou teplotou do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, which platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, is bezúdržbové and odolné to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, which ho robí ideálnou voľbou for short transport distances.

Bracket 422X series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • stainless steel
  • double axial bearing with stainless steel balls

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
