The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses montážnu dosku na four otvory for simple installation. Vidlica z nerezového plechu with pozinkovaným povrchom ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel centre z design polyamidu so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznou bielou farbou provides high nárazuvzdornosť, while the thermoplastic polyuretánový elastomér v hnedom prevedení, non-detachably mechanicky combined with wheel centre, prináša excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with nerezovými guličkami and cover against vláknam achieves castor plynulý chod with low údržbou. Mechanizmus brake typu F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel aj vidlice v current direction, which increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for ručné transport equipment v environments, where potrebná reliability and gentleness k podlahám.

Bracket 422X series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • stainless steel
  • double axial bearing with stainless steel balls

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel PUB series:

Wheel center:

  • impact-resistant structural polyamide
  • reinforced bearing rib
  • corrosion-resistant
  • natural white color

Tread:

  • thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and absorption of high load capacity
  • notch toughness
  • non-marking
  • brown color
Application:
  • manual handling equipment

Bearing - ball:

  • one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
  • wheel hub covered with a threaded guard
