Vidlica series 422X is made z nerezového plechu and disponuje dvojitým axial bearing with nerezovými guličkami, which increases load capacity and service life. Wheel series CZC má vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamidový tread v prírodnej bielej farbe, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu. Thanks to the use of klzného bearing, tvoreného material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia. Toto riešenie is suitable na short transport distances v environments, where teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, while teplotná durability platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Use includes lakovne and pece with krátkodobou teplotou do +240°C.

Bracket 422X series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
