The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 with mounting doskou na four otvory, vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm and zinkovanú without Cr6 for antikoróznu protection. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otočenia guarantees smooth and quiet operation with nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom. Wheel centre is made z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced uzavretým rebrovaním, which increases strength and durability, while antikorózna farba hliníka protects pred opotrebovaním. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which provides excellent elasticity and absorbciu, ideálne for high load capacity and vrubovú húževnatosť. Tento material nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor, thereby saves surfaces. Use is suitable for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, vďaka čomu is an ideal choice for nepretržitú operation v demanding environments. Type bearing includes dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi, which ensure long service life and non-marking operation.
