Vidlica series 423 is made z pozinkovanej oceľovej dosky thickness 3-3,5 mm, which guarantees robustnosť and long service life. Wheel series CFZ uses vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre sivo-čiernej farby, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and praskaniu. Klzné bearing tvorené material wheel centre ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which is ideálne for short transport distances. Thanks to the use of montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom is wheel suitable for pekárne and applications with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +300°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +250°C. Toto konštrukčné riešenie offers reliable výkon v demanding tepelných conditions.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
