The design of this castor includes swivel vidlicu z pozinkovaného steel plechu thickness 3 ÷ 3,5 mm with mounting doskou na four otvory, dvojitým axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením for smooth movement. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu v sivo-čiernej farbe, wheel centre vykazuje high resistance to prasknutiu and teplote, while is suitable for krátkodobé use v peciach do +300 °C, with maximálnou teplotou wheel +250 °C during použití teflónového montážneho kompletu. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí ideálnou voľbou for short transport distances v demanding conditions.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
