The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which ensures resistance to corrosion. Mounting doska na four otvory allows simple and bezpečnú installation. Wheel series CPB is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoču guarantees plynulý and maintenance-free chod. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi and protivláknovému krytu hub is castor ideálne for dlhé transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors during trvalej záťaži, where vyžadujete reliability and quiet operation.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:
