The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 z pozinkovaného steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing and tesnením otoča, which ensures smooth and durable chod. Wheel series CPB is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is prirodzene white and is characterised by high durability to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Thanks to klznému bearing, which is bezúdržbové and odolné to dirt and external vplyvom, is toto castor suitable for prostredia with trvalou záťažou and krátkymi prepravnými vzdialenosťami, such as are polyurethane floor v industrial equipment. An ideal choice for applications vyžadujúce reliability and minimálnu údržbu.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
