The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z pozinkovanej steel without Cr6 with mounting doskou na four otvory, which allows simple and bezpečnú installation. Wheel CPB AS disponuje antistatickým polyamidovým behúňom, which is durable to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby is suitable for demanding chemické prostredia. Thanks to klznému bearing z thermoplastic elastomer ensures maintenance-free chod with high durability to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí ideálnou voľbou for short transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors with trvalou záťažou.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB AS series:

Injection polyamide - antistatic:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • antistatic 105 ≤ R≤ 107 Ω
  • black color
