The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu zo zinkovaného steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing, which ensures plynulý and non-marking operation. Wheel is made z antistatického polyamidu, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals such as alkohol, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. Thanks to ihlovému bearing with external krúžkom z material wheel centre and tvrdosti 25 HRC is an ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou na short transport distances. Mounting doska na four otvory allows simple installation and spoľahlivé mounting.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB AS series:

Injection polyamide - antistatic:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • antistatic 105 ≤ R≤ 107 Ω
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
