The series model 423 CPB-V125 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, určené for pripevnenie na steel plech thickness 3 až 3,5 mm. The design includes zinc-plated vidlicu without Cr6 with dvojitým axial bearing and tesnením otoču, which ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to corrosion. Wheel is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, vďaka čomu is suitable for various industrial prostredia. Use ihlového bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with tvrdosťou 25 HRC, allows smooth chod and long service life during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor and equipment with trvalou záťažou, where important reliability and minimálna maintenance.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
