The design of this castor includes vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, which is zinc-plated without Cr6 for antikoróznu protection and durability. Wheel centre is made z impact-resistant design polyamidu so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and svetlo sivou farbou, which increases jeho trvanlivosť and stability. Tread z thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is mechanicky combined with wheel centre, which provides excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load, while jeho tmavo sivá farba and bezstopý dizajn protects floor pred poškodením. Use jedno radiálneho guličkového bearing with cover v hub wheel ensures smooth and maintenance-free chod, while the tesnenie otočenia increases resistance to dirt. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor and applications with dlhými transportnými vzdialenosťami, where important reliability and gentleness k surface.
