The series model 423 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, which is suitable for industrial applications. The design includes hliníkový wheel centre so reinforced rebrovaním and antikoróznym povrchom, which is chemicky combined with polyuretánovým elastomérovým behúňom. Toto nerozoberateľné spojenie guarantees excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and nepoškodzovanie floors. Thanks to dvojitému axial ball bearing with tesnením achieves castor nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which znamená non-marking operation and long service life. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, which increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor, mierne nerovnosti and nepretržitú operation, where vyžaduje reliability and gentleness k surface.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
