The design series 423 uses swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm, which increases stability and load capacity. Thanks to the use of dvojitého axiálneho bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otočenia achieves smooth and quiet operation, while zinc-plated finish without Cr6 ensures resistance to corrosion. Model is vybavený brzdovým mechanizmom, which locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety during handling. Wheel series CFZ má vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with farbou sivo-čierna, suitable for pekárenske applications with krátkodobou teplotou pece do 300°C and teplotou wheel do 250°C, while teplotná durability platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Type bearing is klzné, tvorené material wheel centre, which allows maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, and is suitable na short transport distances, thereby reduces wear and increases service life.

  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material

  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
