The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which ensures durability against corrosion. Wheel series CPB uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, which ho suitable for chemicky demanding prostredia. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia ensures plynulý and quiet operation. Brzdový mechanizmus F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, is bezúdržbové and odolné to dirt, suitable for short transport distances na polyuretánových floors, where guarantees reliable and long-term operation.

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Bearing - plain bore:
