The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which guarantees resistance to corrosion. Mounting doska na four otvory allows jednoduché mounting, while the dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otočenia ensures smooth and maintenance-free chod. Thanks to the use of antistatického polyamide tread, which is durable to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and niektorým kyselinám and zásadám v zriedených koncentráciách, is toto castor ideálne for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Brzdový mechanizmus typu F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety during handling. Type bearing - ihlové, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with ihlíčkami z steel and tvrdosťou 25 HRC, spolu with klietkou z polyamidu PA6, is suitable for short transport distances, thereby minimises wear. This castor is optimal for straight polyurethane floor and short transport distances, ponúkajúc reliable and odolnú operation v demanding conditions.
