The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 with pozinkovanou surface finish without Cr6, which ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CZC is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which zabraňuje praskaniu and is suitable for teploty do +150 °C, while krátkodobá durability v peci achieves až +240 °C during použití teflónového montážneho kompletu. Mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current natočení, thereby increases safety and stability. Klzné bearing, tvorené material diska, allows maintenance-free operation and is odolné to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí ideálnou voľbou for short transport distances v demanding environments.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
