The series model 423F PUR AS predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with brake, where konštrukčné riešenie includes zinc-plated vidlicu with mounting doskou na four otvory for simple installation na steel plech thickness 3 až 3,5 mm. Wheel centre z impact-resistant design polyamidu so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym povrchom v svetlo sivej farbe is mechanicky combined with behúňom z thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer v tmavo sivej farbe, which guarantees high elasticity and absorbciu záťaže without poškodenia floors. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia is zabezpečená hladká and maintenance-free operation, while jedno radiálne ball bearing with cover v hub wheel increases durability. Mechanizmus brake typu F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby provides bezpečnú stability. An ideal choice for applications with dlhými transportnými vzdialenosťami na rovných polyuretánových floors, where vyžaduje reliability and gentleness k surface.
