The series model 427 CPS predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with pozinkovanou vidlicou z steel plechu thickness 5 až 6 mm, which ensures vysoko odolné version. The design includes axiálno-radiálne ball bearing and kuželíkové bearing v smerovej otoči, zabezpečujúce plynulý and non-marking operation. Thanks to the use of liatého polyamidu, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals such as alkohol, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, ideálne hodí for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Use dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi increases service life and minimises údržbu, thereby is toto castor optimálnou voľbou for industrial and logistické applications.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel THK 5 ÷ 6 mm
  • axial-radial ball bearing, tapered roller bearing in the swivel head
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPS series

Casted polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
