The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake includes montážnu dosku na four otvory, which allows simple and stable installation. Vidlica series 427 is made z steel plechu with hrúbkou 5 až 6 mm and is zinc-plated without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Uses axiálno-radiálne ball bearing and kuželíkové bearing v smerovej otoči, which ensure plynulý and quiet operation with nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom. Brake BS allows zablokovanie rotation wheel using skrutky with krížovou hlavou, which pridáva bezpečnostný prvok. Wheel centre is z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced uzatvoreným rebrovaním and antikoróznym hliníkovým náterom, which guarantees strength and long service life. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and high load capacity. Tento material tiež zabraňuje poškodeniu and farbeniu floors, thereby is an ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami.
