Vidlica series 433 is made z pozinkovanej oceľovej dosky without Cr6, which ensures antikoróznu protection. Wheel centre z hliníkovej liatiny is vystužený uzatvoreným rebrovaním, which increases strength and durability. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and high load capacity. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, such as aj maintenance-free operation. Toto riešenie is suitable for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor, nepoškodzuje and nefarbí surfaces and is optimalizované for nepretržitú operation v prostredí with miernymi nerovnosťami.

Bracket 433 series:

Fixed castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:
