Vidlica series 433 is made z pozinkovaného steel plechu without Cr6, which guarantees resistance to corrosion. Wheel centre z vstrekovaného polyamidu offers excellent chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Ihlové bearing with external krúžkom z material wheel centre and klietkou z polyamidu PA6 ensures reliable operation for short transport distances. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor and equipment with trvalou záťažou, where important maintenance-free operation and resistance to chemicals.

  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
