The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, which provides robustnosť and resistance to corrosion. Wheel is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu v sivo-čiernej farbe, thereby is odolné to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, ideálne for use v pekárňach with krátkodobými teplotami pece do 300°C and teplotou wheel do 250°C. Thanks to klznému bearing, tvorenému material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances. Toto wheel is navrhnuté for easy installation using skrutky, thereby zjednodušuje installation and increases reliability v demanding environments.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube
