The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors spočíva v pozinkovanej vidlici z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm, which provides robustnú podporu and resistance to corrosion. Wheel with polyamide wheel centre and behúňom z thermoplastic elastomer is navrhnuté for high chemickú resistance to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby is suitable for demanding industrial prostredia. Use dvojitého axiálneho guličkového bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami ensures plynulý and maintenance-free chod, minimalizujúc friction and opotrebovanie. An ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných alebo polyuretánových floors, where dlhé transport distances vyžadujú reliability and tichú operation, while mounting hole na skrutku allows simple installation.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V)
