The series model 453 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with montážnym hole na skrutku, určené for steel plech with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm. The design uses zinc-plated vidlicu without Cr6, which provides zvýšenú resistance to corrosion. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamidu v čiernej farbe achieves castor high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi and thread guard cover hub ensure long service life and maintenance-free operation. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou, where vyžaduje spoľahlivá preprava na krátkych alebo dlhých vzdialenostiach, najmä na rovných polyuretánových floors.

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
