The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors combines zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm and wheel centre made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is vysoko durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. Thanks to dvojitému axial ihlovému bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre, achieves high load capacity and reliability during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach. An ideal choice for use na rovných polyuretánových floors v equipment with trvalou záťažou, where important chemická durability and non-marking operation without the need for maintenance.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
