Vidlica series 453 is made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Wheel uses vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamidový tread v prírodnej bielej farbe, which is durable to prasknutiu and vysokým temperatures – suitable for lakovne with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C (za predpokladu použitia montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom). Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami ensures plynulý and presný movement. Type bearing is klzné, tvorené material wheel centre, which allows maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia. An ideal choice for short transport distances v industrial and production environments, where important reliability and durability.

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:
