The design of this castor combines vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre with pozinkovanou vidlicou z steel plechu, which increases resistance to vysokým temperatures až do +250 °C. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and klznému bearing z material wheel centre achieves maintenance-free chod, durable to dirt and external vplyvom. Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice, which ensures bezpečnú manipuláciu during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach. An ideal choice for use v pekárňach, where krátkodobá teplota pece can dosiahnuť +300 °C, while mounting hole na skrutku allows simple installation.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
