The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm, which provides high durability against corrosion. Wheel is made z antistatického polyamidu, which ensures chemickú resistance to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, suitable for široké spektrum industrial prostredí. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and jedno radiálnemu ball bearing ensures plynulý and non-marking operation, minimalizujúci údržbu. Mechanizmus brake typu F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling with nákladom. Use is optimalizované for straight, polyurethane floor with trvalou záťažou, where dlhé transport distances vyžadujú reliability and durability.

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
