Vidlica series 453 is made z pozinkovaného steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, thereby ensures resistance to corrosion and long service life. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami allows plynulý and non-marking operation, while the mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia for zvýšenú safety. Wheel CPB-g má vstrekovaný polyamidový tread, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals such as alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, thereby is an ideal choice for dlhé transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors. Thanks to jedno radiálnemu ball bearing with krytím and thread guard cover minimises maintenance and increases reliability during trvalých záťažiach.

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
