The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing, which ensures smooth and durable chod. Thanks to the use of polyamide wheel centre and klzného bearing offers high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam and tukom, which ho robí vhodným for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation v akomkoľvek direction, zvyšujúc safety and stability during handling. This castor is optimal for prostredia with krátkymi prepravnými vzdialenosťami and vyžadujúce minimálnu údržbu.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:
