The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake includes vidlicu series 453 vyrobenú z pozinkovaného steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, which ensures durability against corrosion. Thanks to the use of dvojitého axiálneho bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami ensures plynulý and non-marking operation, suitable for long-term load. Tread is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is durable to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby increases service life v demanding environments. Mechanizmus brake typu F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby zlepšuje stability and safety during handling. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances, while ihlové bearing with external krúžkom z steel and klietkou z polyamidu PA6 podporuje efektívnu operation with minimálnou údržbou.

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
