The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu series 473 z steel plechu with pozinkovanou finish without Cr6, which increases resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CPB is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, suitable for demanding prostredia. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi ensures reliable and maintenance-free operation with nízkym trením. An ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných floors, where potrebný quiet and gentle chod, while upínací driek allows easy installation and stability.

Bracket 473 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
