The series model 473 is swivel rolovacie castor with brake, which uses upínací driek na easy installation na steel plech. The design includes polyamide wheel centre with antistatickým behúňom, which is durable to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, which ho ideálne určuje for chemické prostredia. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and pozinkovanej vidlici without Cr6 ensures long service life and maintenance-free operation. Mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling. Use is optimalizované for straight, polyurethane floor with trvalou záťažou, where short až dlhé transport distances vyžadujú reliability and antistatické vlastnosti.

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide - antistatic:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • antistatic 105 ≤ R≤ 107 Ω
  • black color

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
