The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 473 with montážou na upínací driek, vyrobenú z steel plechu hr. 3 ÷ 3,5 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Wheel centre and tread are made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and niektorým kyselinám či zásadám v zriedených koncentráciách. Use jedno radiálneho guličkového bearing with krytím and thread guard cover ensures non-marking operation and long service life, suitable for dlhé transport distances. Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou na polyuretánových floors, where important reliability and durability.

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)

Bearing - ball:

  • one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
