Vidlica series 473 is made z steel plechu with pozinkovaným povrchom, thereby ensures resistance to corrosion and long service life. Swivel rolovacie castor with mechanizmom brake F allows zablokovanie rotation v akomkoľvek direction, which increases safety and stability during handling. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamide wheel centre with klzným bearing achieves high chemickú resistance to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám, while plain bearing ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, where vyžaduje reliable výkon during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach and trvalej záťaži.

Bracket 473 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:
