The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu with dvojitým axial bearing, which ensures plynulý and maintenance-free chod. Polyamidový wheel centre is durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli and tuky, which ho robí ideálnym for use na rovných polyuretánových floors. Mechanizmus brake locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, zvyšujúc safety during handling. Thanks to ihlovému bearing with oceľovými ihlíčkami and polyamidovou klietkou is castor suitable for short transport distances, ponúkajúc durability and long service life v demanding conditions.

Bracket 473 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
