The design of this castor includes vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 2,5 mm, which is zinkovaná without Cr6 for zvýšenú durability against corrosion. Wheel centre is made z steel plechu and zinkovaný without Cr6, while the obruč pozostáva zo štandardnej plnej rubber, which ensures gentleness k jazdnému surface and quiet operation. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami achieves hladká and spoľahlivá rotácia. Use ihlového bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre with ihlíkmi z steel tvrdosti 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, allows suitability na short transport distances and maintenance-free operation. An ideal choice for sklady, malé výroby and operation, where potrebná ľahká manipulácia with nízkym hlukom.
