The series model 622 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with brake, which is ideálne for industrial applications. Thanks to the use of hliníkovej liatiny na wheel centre so reinforced rebrovaním achieves high strength and antikoróznu durability. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which guarantees excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and nízky rozbehový odpor. Konštrukcia uses dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi, which ensure plynulý and maintenance-free chod, while the brzdový mechanizmus T locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction. Zinc-plated vidlica without Cr6 and tesnenie otočia zvyšujú service life v demanding conditions. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor, mierne nerovnosti and nepretržitú operation, where potrebná vysoká load capacity and ochrana surfaces.

Bracket 622 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel
  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
