The design of this castor includes vidlicu series 623 vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 4 mm so zinc plating without Cr6, which increases antikoróznu durability. Wheel centre is z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced rebrovaním, which zlepšuje strength, while the tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, thereby eliminuje riziko odlúčenia and ensures vysoká elasticita and absorbcia záťaže. Thanks to vysoko profilovému oblému tvaru and krémovej farbe RAL 9001 nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor, which is ideálne for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial surfaces so strednými nerovnosťami. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otočia ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, supporting plynulý and quiet operation, while the dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi zvyšujú trvanlivosť and umožňujú nepretržitú operation. Toto castor is suitable for applications vyžadujúce reliability and minimálnu údržbu v demanding environments.
