The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors spočíva v kombinácii pozinkovanej vidlice z steel plechu with mounting doskou na four otvory and vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre v sivo-čiernej farbe. Polyamidový wheel centre is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, which allows krátkodobé use v teplotách pece do 300°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť 250°C. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation and high resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnenie otoču zvyšujú precision and service life. Thanks to týmto vlastnostiam is castor suitable for pekárenské applications and short transport distances v demanding conditions.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
