The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors combines zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and praskaniu. Klzné bearing ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances. Thanks to montážnej doske na four otvory allows simple installation. Use v lakovniach and during teplotách do 240°C v peci (with teflónovým povrchom) guarantees reliability v demanding conditions, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť 150°C.

Bracket 623 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 4 mm
  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
