The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vidlicu series 623 vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 4 mm, which is zinc-plated without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamide wheel centre, model vykazuje high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby is suitable for demanding prostredia. Klzné bearing ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, while brzdový mechanizmus F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current natočení for zvýšenú safety. Toto wheel is optimalizované for use na rovných, polyuretánových floors, suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances, thereby offers reliable and durable výkon v industrial aplikáciách.

Bracket 623 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • standard version
  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 4 mm
  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K)
  • long distances (CPB-g)

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
